Considering what's happening here and abroad, it looks like we'll all be spending more time at home! Concerts are being postponed, sporting events are being cancelled, theme parks are closing down, and travel is generally discouraged. When you're not working, you need something to occupy yourself and the kids. Here's a couple of our suggestions that help us to forget the dilemma we're all in!
1. Picnic
Spring is finally here for most regions! There's hardly a better way to enjoy the weather than to fill up a cooler with a couple snacks and head outside. The sun is your best source of Vitamin D after all! Here's a great cooler that can handle your beverages and snacks while keeping it all cold.
When you need to just kick back and relax or have an impromptu dance party, a good quality speaker is a must. This is the perfect opportunity to rediscover some old gems or check out some new tunes.
This is your time to go out and enjoy nature. Hit your local trails and appreciate the sights you might not have taken the time to stop and see before! Carry all your necessities in a sturdy lightweight backpack.
4. Take A Nap
Yes, really! In a recent study done by the University Hospital of Lausanne, researchers reported that napping two or three times a week might be good for your health heart. We gotta agree with them!
5. Movie Night
Cuddle up with a warm blanket and cup of tea! Forget about the world's problems for a couple hours. :)
6. Tech Time!
Leave your phone and computer in the dust and try out some super cool new tech! Like a drone...
Time to dust off the ol' tent hidden somewhere in the basement. Here's a great chance to sleep under the stars. Don't forget the sleeping bags, s'mores, and of course, a lantern will get you into that camping vibe!
Lantern Light Up Bluetooth Speaker
Remember that book you've been waiting to read for months? Grab it off the counter, pull out a fuzzy blanket, and get reading! Top it off with a steaming hot mug of hot coca.
The cook-out season is heating up! Fire up the grill and enjoy a summery meal outdoors.
Give all that blue light from your phones & computers a rest! Pull out a couple old classic games (Monopoly or Life anyone?!) and strike up a little competition! Who's the winner?
